We have no minimum purchase order value.
Dispatch and packing costs
The amount to independent within FRG of the purchase order value,
the weight or the distance € 6.95 with package dispatch (insures).
With certain articles there are exceptions. For example with filling material
such as micropearls, spelt or millet bowls and other voluminös items.
As an order of more than one unit please ask for forwarding expenses before order.
With cash-on-delivery (cod) items within FRG a additionally NN-fee of € 5.00 will be charged
as well as a collection payment at a value of € 2.00.

We gladly take orders from European countries.
Place your order as usual. At the end of your order process, delivery charges will be indicated. With the confirmation of your order by our service team, you will receive the final amount to be transferred to us including the actual delivery charges into the respective European country.
Cash on delivery into European countries other than Germany is not possible. But you may choose between the following pay modes:

In this case, we can only offer the delivery charges but not the charges for customs! Customs charges are taken over by the customer on the spot.

The invoice amount can be paid by the following modes of payment:
Cash in Advance / Prepayment
Cash on Delivery plus 5,- € C.O.D. charge (only within Germany)
PayPal
Cash in Advance / Prepayment
You transfer the invoice amount to the kuschelbaby.com bank account. After receipt of the money, the delivery process will be started by us, issueing of the invoice and delivery follow.
Cash on Delivery
If you wish a fast delivery and are willing to pay a little more, we offer cash on delivery service. This kind of delivery will cost you 5,- € plus. Delivery times indicated in the shop are also applicable to cash on delivery. It is not an express delivery.
Payment via PayPal / Internet
PayPal is a new mode of payment via the Internet. We offer this mode of payment so that orders from abroad can be handled at low costs. You will be linked to the PayPal site automatically. All further details are described there. Your order will be processed when the payment via PayPal is operated.
