For warming, cooling and relaxing
Grape seeds are ideal for absorbing their surrounding temperature and for transferring this temperature to our body. Big enough to keep the temperature longer than the average hot water bottle, they have got enough surface to accomplish an effective, intensive warmth exchange.
Natural warmth for:

- algomenorrhoea (pms)
- cold hands or feet
Cooling and pain relief for
- migraine
- sore eyes (e.g. due to hey fever)
- strains
- bruises
- tumescence

and simply relaxing,
as it snuggles up to each body part and adjusts itself when moving. The filling stores extreme temperatures (longer than any hot water bottle) but transfers them in effective doses to the body part in question and therefore makes an uncomplicated, dry warmth or cold therapy possible. It is ideal for organs such as eyes or ears as they charm their form by the high number of filigrane grape seeds which also leads to a massaging effect.
Easy handling:
to warm up simply place in the oven, for ca. 4-6 minutes at 180 Grades, in a microwave up to1000 Watt (for ca. 1-2 minutes - loosened up every now and then), or place it on the radiator or an tiled oven. To cool put it into a plastic bag and then into the freezer. After about half an hour the grape seeds will have absorbed enough cold. The grape seed pillow can be used up to 20 minutes for therapeutic reasons.
Many mothers place the warming pillow into the pram before they leave for a walk to keep the child warm on cold days.
Filling recommendations for pillows:
30x20cm = ca. 1000g
40x40cm = ca. 2000g
