Side sleeper pillows offer the ideal supporting comfort when lying on your side. The pillows ends function as a surface for head and leg. The soft pillow takes care of the knee and adjusts itself to the variety of body positions. It helps when suffering of back pain or sleeping disorder.
Our pillows are available containing the following fillings:
- Light micro pearls of a size of 0, 5 - 2 mm. This low-noise material is washable up at up to 60° and suitable for the tumble dryer.
- Organic spelt Spelt is he oldest corn and the archetype of wheat. It is produced organically in German manufactories. The gaining of the spelt is done in a German spelt mill according to organic standards. Even after long term use the spelt remains in its shape and keeps its natural elastic ability. Spelt does not cause any problems as it is of low allergy risk. The filling material is thoroughly separated from dust, broken pieces and other material and is therefore free of allergens. Spelt is breathing and temperature and humidity balancing. It transports extra warmth and humidity of the body and therefore creates a comfortable climate. Spelt is versatile and adjusting to its environment. The durable elastic, shape stabile spelt filling adjusts itself extremely well to every shape of head or body and has a soft support function fort he muscular system. The ability of the spelt to trickle offers an ideal adjusting to the body and therefore the body can be supported and put in a position where it can relax easily. Spelt contains up to 90 % of silicic acid. This is necessary for the connective tissue and works thought the skin down to the organs. The younger the body tissue, the more silicic acid is needed. Silicic acid boosts the power of resistance against illnesses. The spelt pillow is especially suitable for: tense muscles, headaches, migraines, shoulder pain, sleeping disorder, eye or ear problems, inflammation of frontal- and maxillary air sinus... The spelt pillow can be heated in the oven. It is used as nursing pillow, positioning pillow, side sleeper pillow, warming pillow as treatment for belly ache and sleeping disorder. The pillow is to be shaken well and exposed to fresh air (Do not wash). If you do follow our recommendations it will stay intact and fresh for about 12. After that you should exchange the filling.
- Organic millet peelings Millet peelings are extremely suitable for comfortable, body adjusting pillows. They are extremely fine-grained, easily moved and floating. They provide a feeling of extra softness whilst making absolutely no noise. The flexible supporting strength adjusts completely to the body shape and therefore leads to a straight, relaxed pose of the spine. This prevents tensions in neck and shoulders and therefore helps to a relaxing and pleasant sleep. The millet peelings do not clutter and stay permeable to air, so that humidity and left over warmth can quickly be derived. Because of this a comfortable sleeping environment can be achieved even in hot summer times. Millet is one of the most mineral containing corn kinds. It’s rich of silicic acid, fluoric, ion, potassium, magnesium und vitamin B. The millet peelings are organic. They where thoroughly freed of germs, cleaned and heat treated and have very good quality and hygienic abilities (KBA with certificate)
When used a swarming pillow simply place in the oven at 60 – 90°, or place smaller pillows for 1-2 minutes into the microwave at 800 Watt. (shake in-between warming procedure) If you expose it to fresh air on a regular basis the pillow should be effective and fresh for 1-2 years.
